Rice Payasam


Ingredients:
Basmati Rice - 1/4 cup
Milk - 4 cups
Sugar -1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 spoon
Cardamom - 5
Cashews - 20
Dry Grapes - 20

Method:
In a Bowl, Wash rice and add to blender, grind as broken rice.


In a cooker, Add ghee, fry the rice on low heat for 5 mins, Add milk.




Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Add sugar and cook it for another 5 to 7 minutes.

In a kadai, Add ghee and fry cashews and dry grapes.



Finally, Add cardamom, roasted cashews and dry grapes.


Serve and Enjoy. :)
