Onion Bajji


Ingredients:
Besan flour (Kadalai maavu) - 1 cup
Rice flour (Arisi Mavu) - 1/4 cup
Green Chilies - 4
Ginger - 1 small piece
Coriander leaves -3 spoons
Curry leaves - 15 leaves
Asafoetida (Perungayam) - 1/4 spoon
Baking soda - 1/4 spoon
Red chili powder - 1 spoon
Salt - As required
Water - 1/2 cup
Oil - As Required

Method:




In a bowl, Add besan flour, Rice Flour and other ingredients.

Add water and mix as a semi thick batter.


In a Kadai, Heat oil, Drop the batter in a small rounds.



Fry until it is golden brown and cooked all sides.


Drain the oil.

Serve and Enjoy. :)
