Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Wheat Flour (Atta) - 2 cups
Dry Yeast - 1 spoon
Warm Water - 1.5 cup
Salt - As required
Sugar - 2 spoon
Oil - 3 spoon
Cheese - 1 cup
Italian Seasoning - 2 spoons
Method:
Preheat the oven with 200 degrees c.
In a bowl, Add warm water, Sugar and mix well.
Add the yeast, All purpose flour and mix well.
Cover it and keep aside for 10 mins.
Now, Add the Wheat flour, Salt and knead as a soft dough.
Add oil on the dough and Keep aside for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, Spread the dough out, Spread the grated cheese and Italian Seasoning, Mix well and shape it to a dough.
In a baking tray and grease it with oil.
Place the dough on the tray and Bake for 30 mins with 200 degree C.
Insert a knife and check it is cooked properly.
