Ingredients:
For cake:
All purpose flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Cocoa powder - 2 spoons
Baking Powder - 1 spoon
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Eggs - 2
Sugar - 1 cup
Oil - 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Vanilla extract - 1 spoon
Food colour (Red) - 1/2 spoon
For Cream:
Butter - 50 g
Cream Cheese - 100 g
Sugar - 1 cup
Vanilla extract - 1 spoon
Choco Chips - 2 spoons
Method:
In a bowl, Add eggs and beat well.
Add oil, Curd, Vanilla and mix well.
Now, Add all purpose flour, Cocoa powder, Baking powder, Baking soda and Salt together and mix well.
Finally add food colour and mix well.
In a cooker, Remove the gasket and weight and pre heat for 15 mins.
Now place the tray, Heat in Medium flame for 50 mins.
Insert a knife and check comes without sticky and the cake cooked well.
Once the cake is cooled, Cut the edges.
In a bowl, Add butter and beat well with electric beater for 2-3 minutes until soft and fluffy.
Now add cream cheese and beat it again.
Gradually add sugar and beat well.
Place the cake and apply cream cheese on the top and then spread it evenly.
Then place the second layer cake and cover it with cream.
Spread some choco chips on top.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
