Served with - Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney / Dhall Chutney / Brinjal Chutney
Ingredients:
Dosa Batter - 5 Cups
Tomato – 2
Shallots - 10
Coconut – 1/4 cup
Red Chilli – 3
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) - 1 spoon
Curry leaves – 10 leaves
Coriandar leaves - As required
Asafoetida (Perungayam) - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As required
Oil - 2 spoon
Method:
In a kadai, Add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Red Chilli, Shallots, Coconut, Tomatoes, Salt and mix well until tomato becomes mushy.
Blend the mixture without water and make into a fine puree.
Add this mixture to dosa batter with curry leaves, Coriandar leaves, Asafoetida and Mix well.
Now in a hot tawa and pour a bit of batter like dosa.
Sprinkle oil around the sides and cook on both sides.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
