Ghee MysorePak (Soft)


Ingredients:
Ghee – 2.5 cup
Besan Gram Flour (Kadalai Mavu)  – 1 cup
Sugar (Sakkarai) – 2 cup
Oil – 1 cup
Water – 1/2 cup

Method:

 
I melted the ghee from butter for better results.

                                 

Grease a tray with some ghee nicely.

In a pan add some ghee and oil and heat slightly.

 Now add the gram flour, Stir nicely and Keep aside.



In another pan, Add sugar and water and stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved, just 3 to 4 mins. 



Add the gram flour into the sugar syrup and stir well until it gets thick.

Afer 5 to 8 mins of stir it gets thick.

 Now switch off and immediately transfer to the greased tray.
Leave it for 30 mins and Cut into desired shape.

 Serve and Enjoy. :)
