Ingredients:
Chicken (Boneless) - 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Channa dal (Kadalai Paruppu) - 1 cup
Onion - 1/2 cup
Green Chilli - 2
Saunf - 1/2 spoon
Coriander Leaves (Chopped) - 3 spoons
Curry Leaves - 10
Salt - As required
Oil - 2 spoon
Method:
Before a day, Soak the Channa dhall in water.
Next day, In a cooker, Add the chicken, Ginger garlic paste, Red Chilli powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
In blender, Add Channa dhall and Boiled chicken.
Add the Onion, Green chilli, Curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, Saunf and Salt.
Blend the mix consistently as shown picture for making vada.
In a Pan, Heat oil for deep frying.
Shape the mix like vada and Fry in heated oil till golden on both sides.
Drain the oil.
Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Tomato Chutney / Coconut Chutney / Dhall Chutney :)
