Ingredients:
Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 2.5 cup
Water – 1.5 cup
Ghee – 1/4 cup
Cashews – 1/4 cup
Almond - 3
Cardamom (Elaichi) - 2
Method:
In a Pan, Add Ghee, Cashews, roast well and keep aside.
Along with left over ghee in Pan, Add Wheat Flour and stir well
Add water and mix the flour well .
Ensure the flour mix completely becomes liquid.
At this point start adding ghee a spoonful at a time. Mix well.
Keep stirring till it gets thick.
Now Add Sugar and mix well.
Add, Cardamom into the mix.
Again keep stirring till ghee separates.
Finally Add fried cashews and mix well.
Keep aside until heat reduced and add little bit of ghee for the final touch.
Shred and Sprinkle Almonds on top of mix.
Serve with family and enjoy. :)
