Ginger Garlic Sevai


Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 5 mins
Cooking Time - 10 Mins
Serves for - 2 Persons
Served with - Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney / Dhall Chutney / Brinjal Chutney

Ingredients:
Sevai - 3 cups
Oil - 2 spoon
Cashews - 5
Mustard (Kadugu) - 1 spoon
Urad Dhall (Ulandam paruppu) - 1 spoon
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) - 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves - 5 leafs
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 3
Tomato - 2
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Garlic - 5 to 7
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt - as required
Coriander leaves - As required

Method:
In a pan, Add oil, Cashews, Mustard, Urad dhall, Cumin Seeds and Curry leaves.




Add Onion and green chilly, Tomatoes and fry until golden brown.


Add turmeric powder, Salt and fry well.


Add Sevai and saute nicely.
Switch off the stove and stir well.

Finally add coriander leaves.

Serve with coconut chutney. :)
