Ingredients:
For Panneer Masala:
Panneer - 50 gms
Garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
Ginger Paste - 1/2 Spoon
Coriander Powder - 1.5 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 spoon
Curd - 3 spoons
Salt - 1/2 spoon
For Biriyani Masala:
Onion - 1
Green Chilli - 1
Red Chilli - 1
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Garlic - 4
Mint Leaves - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 spoon
For Biriyani:
Ghee – 3 spoons
Cloves (Krambu) – 3
Elaichi - 1
Kasa Kasa - 1/2 spoon
Brinji Leaf - 2
Star Anise (Annasi Poo) - 1
Cinnamon (Pattai) – 1 small stick
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Basmati Rice – 1-1/2 cups
Turmeric powder (Manjal Thool) – 1/4 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 spoon
Mint Leaves - 1/2 cup
Coriander - 1/2 cup
Water – 3 cup
Salt - As Required
Method:
First, In a bowl, Add all the Panneer Masala Ingredients, Mix well and keep aside.
In a blender, Add Biriyani masala Ingredients with little water, Grind and keep aside.
Wash the Biriyani Rice in a bowl and add some water and keep aside.
Heat the Cooker, Add Ghee, Cinnomon, Clove, Elaichi, Brinji Leaf, Kasa Kasa, Cutted onions, Tomatoes, Fry till it turns light golden.
Add the Grinded Masala and stir well.
Add the Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli powder and mix well.
Add the marinated masala panneer and mix well.
Add the Mint Leaves and stir well.
Add the rice and mix well.
Add the water, Ghee and Mix well and close the cooker, Sim cook for 10 mins till the rice is cooked.
Turn off and let it set for 10 mins.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
