Banana Walnut Cake


Type - Indian
Preparation Time - 10 mins
Baking Time - 20 ~ 30 Mins
Serves for - 4 - 6 Persons
Served with - Coffee / Tea

Ingredients:
Bananas - 3
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Butter - 1 spoon
All purpose flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1/4 spoon
Baking Powder - 1/2 spoon
Baking Soda - 1/4 spoon
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Walnut - 5 to 6
Tutty Fruity - 1/4 cup

Method:
First, Preheat the Oven 180 degree C.

In a bowl, Add bananas and mash them nicely like paste.

Add Sugar, Oil, Vanilla extract and mix Well.



In a pan, Add All purpose flour, Butter, Baking powder, Baking Soda, Salt and mix well.



Now add into banana mix and beat well until it gets smooth.



Take the cake pan, Grease with oil and Pour the mix and spread some Tutty Fruity and broken Walnut on top.

Bake in oven for 16 - 20 minutes for 180 degrees C.
Insert Knife in cake and Check whether it is cooked properly.
