Ingredients:
For Boiling:
Chicken (Without bones) - 100 gms
Potato - 1
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 spoon
Corainder Powder - 1/2 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Ginger Paste - 1/2 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1/2 spoon
For Stuffing:
Onion - 1
Curry Leaves - 10 to 15
Green Chilli - 2
Salt - As required
For Balls:
Gram Flour (Kadalai Mavu) - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - as required
Method:
In a Pressure cooker, Add the Chicken, Potato, Coriander Powder, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric powder with 1/2 cup of water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
In a pan, Add Curry leaves, Onion, Green Chilli and fry until golden brown.
In a pan, Filter the water and Move the boiled chicken with Potatoes and smudge well.
Add the smudged chicken into the pan with little boiled water and cook for 10 mins until gets dry.
Switch off the stove and keep aside until it becomes cool.
Once cooled, Take a small piece of Chicken mix and shape like a ball.
In a bowl, Add Gram flour, Rice Flour and water, Mix like a paste and keep aside.
Dip the ball in Gram and Rice flour batter.
In a pan, Add oil and fry the balls well until it turns golden colour.
Drain the oil.
Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce / Mayonnaise / Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney . :)
