Omelette Masala

Ingredients:
For Grinding:
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Cashews - 5
Roasted Gram (Pottu Kadalai) - 2 spoons
Saunf (Seerakam) - 1 spoon
Kasa Kasa - 1/2 spoon

For Gravy:
Oil – 2 spoon
Mustard - 1 spoon
Curry Leaves - 10 leaves
Cinnamon (Patta) – small piece
Onion - 2
Green Chillies – 2
Ginger Paste - 1/2 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1/2 spoon
Tomato – 2
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Chilli Powder – 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal thool) – 1/4 spoon
Salt - as required
Water - as required
Coriander Leaves - A little bit

For Omelette:
Onion - 1
Green Chilli - 1
Pepper Powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As required
Eggs - 2
Coriander Leaves - A little bit

Method:
Take the Kadai and Heat oil. Add the Mustard, Curry leaves, Onions, Tomatoes and fry until it turns to golden brown.





Add the Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt and Coriander powder and mix well.


In a blender, Add Roasted gram, Coconut, Saunf and Cashews with water and grind like a paste.

Pour the Coconut mix into pan and add water into it and boil for 10 mins.


In a bowl, Add Onion, Green Chilli, Salt, Pepper, Eggs, Coriander Leaves and beat nicely.




In a dosa pan, Pour like an omelette and cook both sides.





Now, Cut and Add the omelette into the pan and boil well for 5 more mins.


Garnish with Coriander leafs.
