Masala Podi Idly


Served with - Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney / Dhall Chutney / Brinjal Chutney

Ingredients
Idlies - 5
Gingelly Oil - 2 spoons
Onion - 1
Red Chilli - 2
Tomato - 1
Mustard (Kaduku) - 1 spoon
Kadalai Paruppu - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Idli powder - 2 Spoons
Pepper powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required

Method:
Cut the idlies into small pieces and keep aside.

Add oil and roast the idlis first.


In a kadai, Add Gingelly oil, onions, Curry leaves, Red chilli, Tomato and cook until golden color.




Add the idlies and Stir well until mixture gets marinated into idly.

Sprinkle the idli podi, Pepper powder and salt if needed and stir well.



Serve and enjoy.
