Jam Roll


Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1 cup
Eggs – 3
Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence – 1 spoon
Milk - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 2 spoons
Jam – 20 gms
Dry Coconut - for sprinkling

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 Degree C.



In a bowl, Add eggs and beat nicely.


Add the sugar and again beat nicely.

Add vanilla essence, Warm water and beat nicely.

Now add the flour and mix it nicely.


Pour into pan and spread thinly.

Bake it for 10 mins and check it is cooked properly using knife.
Remove it and let it cool.


In a bowl, Add sugar, Water and stir nicely.


In a bowl, Add milk, Jam and mix it nicely.



Now spread the sugar syrup first and marinate for 10 mins.


Spread jam all over it and carefully roll it and cut.



Place this in a tray and sprinkle with Dry coconut.
Serve and enjoy.
