Spicy Podi Idly


Served with - Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney / Dhall Chutney / Brinjal Chutney

Ingredients
Idlies - 5
Gingelly Oil - 2 spoons
Onion - 1
Mustard (Kaduku) - 1 spoon
Kadalai Paruppu - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Idli powder - 4 Spoons
Pepper powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required

Instructions:
Cut the idlies into small pieces and keep aside.






In a kadai, Add Gingelly oil, onions, Curry leaves and saute for a min.

Sprinkle the idli podi, Pepper powder and salt if needed and stir well.

Finally add the idlies and Stir well until mixture gets marinated into idly.



Serve and enjoy.
