Beetroot Cutlet

Serves - 5 to 6 Pieces
Served with - Tomato Sauce (Recipe)/ Mayonnaise / Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney . :)

Ingredients:
Oil - 2 spoons
Cashews - 10
Dry grapes - 5
Onion - 1
Green Chilli - 1
Ginger Paste - 1 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Chat Masala - 1/2 spoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 spoon
Shredded Beetroot - 1/4 cup
Boiled Mashed potato - 1/4 cup
Salt - As required
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Corn Powder - 2 spoons

Method:
In a pan, Add Oil, Cashews, Dry Grapes, Onion, Green chilli and fry well.
Now, Add Ginger and Garlic paste and fry well.
Now, Add Chat masala, Garam Masala and salt and stir well.
Finally Add, Shredded beetroot and boiled mashed potato and stir well.
In a bowl, Add another spoon of corn flour and add water and mix like a paste.
Now dip cutlet in corn flour paste and coat with breadcrumb powder.
Heat oil for frying in a Kadai and Fry till golden brown on both sides.
Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Mayonnaise / Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney . :)
