Drumstick Tamarind Kulambu

Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 15 Mins
Serves - 3 - 4 Persons
Served with - Rice

Ingredients:
Oil - as required
Fenu Greek (Venthayam) - 1/4 spoon
Channa Dhall (Kadalai Paruppu) - 1/4 spoon
Red Chilli - 3
Curry leaves - 5 leafs
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Shallots (Small Onion) - 6
Tomoto - 1
DrumStick - 1
Brinjal - 4
Turmeric powder (Manjal thool) - 1/2 spoon
Chilli Powder (Milagai thool)  - 1 spoon
Coriander powder (Dhaniya thool) - 1/2 spoon
Salt - as required
Tamarind (Puli) - 1 lemon size
Water - 1 cup

Method:
In a blender, Add Coconut with water, Grind and keep aside.
In a bowl, Add water and tamarind and keep aside.
Take kadai, Add oil, Fenu greek, Channa dhall, Red chilli and fry well.
Now, Add Curry Leaves, Small Onion, Drumstick, Tomato and fry well.
Add all spice powder one by one and saute for 5 mins.
Add Turmeric, salt and Tamarind paste.
Add coconut mixture and water and cook for 5 to 10 mins.
Serve and enjoy. :)
