Soya Cutlet


Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 15 Mins
Serves for - 3 Persons
Served with - Tomato Sauce / Mayonnaise / Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney . :)

Ingredients:
Soya Chunks - 1.5 cups
Green Chilli - 1
Ginger Paste - 1/2 spoon
Garlic Paste -  1 spoon
Onion - 1
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 spoon
Italian Seasoning Powder (Optional) - 1/4 spoon
Corn flour - 2 spoons
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Oil - 1 spoon
Salt - As required

Method:
First, Wash and Boil the Soya with water for 10 to 15 mins .
In a blender, Add a green chilli, Ginger Paste, Garlic paste and grind well.
Next, Add the boiled soya, Onion, Garam Masala powder, Salt and grind like a coarse.
Move the grinded content into a bowl and add a spoon of Corn flour.
Mix the corn flour and keep aside.
Take a small portion and form like round cutlet.
Drizzle the Italian seasoning powder on top of the cutlets.
In a bowl, Add another spoon of corn flour and add water and mix like a paste.
Now dip cutlet in corn flour paste and coat with breadcrumb powder.
Heat oil for frying in a Kadai and Fry till golden brown on both sides.
Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce / Mayonnaise / Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney . :)
