Ingredients:
For Masala:
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Green Chilli - 1
Garlic - 4
Saunf - 1/2 spoon
Pepper Seeds - 10
For Gravy:
Soya - 2 Cups
Oil - as required
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) - 1/4 spoon
Curry Leaves - 10
Onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - as required
Method:
First, Boil the Soya Chunks for 10 mins and set aside.
In a blender, Add Masala Ingredients and grind and keep aside.
In a pan, Add oil, Cumin Seeds, Ginger Garlic paste, Curry Leaves, Onion, Tomato and fry until golden brown.
Add Red Chilli powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt and mix well.
Add the cooked Soya and cook for 10 mins.
Add the grinded masala into it.
Serve and enjoy. :)
