Ingredients:
Bread - 4 Slices
Sooji (Rava) - 1 Cup
Red Chilli – 2
Rice Flour - 2 spoons
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) - 1 spoon
Pepper - 1/2 spoon
Onion - 1
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Curry leaves – 10 leaves
Coriander Leaves - Little bit
Salt - As required
Oil - 2 spoon
Method:
In a Blender, Add Bread, Sooji, Red Chilli, Rice Flour and grind well.
Move the mixture into a vessel add Cumin seeds, Pepper, Onion, Ginger, Curry leaves, Coriander Leaves, Salt and mix well.
Now in a hot tawa and pour the batter.
Sprinkle oil around the sides and cook on both sides.
Served with Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney / Dhall Chutney / Brinjal Chutney and Enjoy. :)
