Chilli Bread Fry


Ingredients:
Wheat Bread - 3 Slices
Oil – 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Onion - 2
Tomato – 2
Soya Sauce - 1 spoon
Tomato Ketchup - 1 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Pepper - 1/4 spoon
Chilli Powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As required

Method:

In a Tawa, Roast the cutted bread slices and keep aside.



In a Pan, Add Oil, Curry leaves, Onion, Ginger garlic paste, Tomato and fry for 2 mins.





Then add, Salt, pepper and Red chilli powder and stir.

Add the tomato ketchup and Soya Sauce.


Finally, Add the bread and fry nicely for 5 mins.




Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce / Mayonnaise / Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney . :)
