Ingredients:
Cabbage (Muttai Kosu) – 2 cups
Potato - 2 Nos
Mustard Seeds (Kaduku) – 1 spoon
Oil – 3 spoon
Curry leafs - 10 leafs
Channa dal (Kadalai Paruppu) - 1 spoon
Onion - 1
Red Chilli Powder (Milagai) – 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal Thool) 1/2 spoon
Shredded Coconut - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds, Curry leaves and Channa dal.
Add the onion, Salt, Turmeric and Chilli Powders and fry until it gets into golden brown.
Add the steam cooked cabbage and potato, Keep in flame for 10 mins until it gets nicely cooked.
Add the coconut and fry.
Finally, Add coriander on top of the cooked fry.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
