Spicy Karuvattu Kulambu


Ingredients:
Dry Fish (Karuvadu) – 2 Pieces
Mustard Seeds (Kaduku) – 1 Spoon
Garlic Paste - 2 Spoon
Small Onion – 15
Green Chilli – 2
Tomatoes – 3
Chilli Powder – 1.5 Spoon
Coriander Powder (Malli Podi) – 1 Spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal Podi) – 1 Spoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 Spoon
Salt - As Required
Oil – As required
Water as needed

Method:
In a Bowl, Clean the dry dish in hot water over and soak for 15 mins. Drain and set aside.

In a Pan, Add Oil, Green Chilli, Small Onion, Garlic Paste, Tomato and stir.




Add the Turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder, Salt, Garam Masala Powder and stir well.


Add in water and bring everything to a boiled.


Taste to see if you need salt and adjust it.
Turn off the heat and set aside.



Serve with rice.
