Crispy Vegetable Pakoda

Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 10 Mins
Serves - 4 - 5 Persons
Served with - Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Mayonnaise / Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney 

Ingredients:
Onion - 1
Carrot - 1
Cabbage (Shredded) - 1 
Capsicum - 1
Red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric - 1/4
Rice Flour - 2 spoons
Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
Salt - As required
Oil - As required

Method:
First Cut the Vegetables - Onion, Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum into lengthy  pieces. 
Add the Vegetable pieces, Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder and mix well and leave it for 10 mins.
Add Rice Flour, Wheat flour, Salt and mix well.
Now roast the Vegetable pieces in hot oil until golden colour. 
Drain the oil.
Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Mayonnaise / Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney . :)
