Ingredients:
Soft Chappathi - 3
Garlic - 2
Cabbage - 1/4 cup
Capsicum - 1/2
Carrot - 1/2
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Ginger Paste - 1/2 spoon
Pepper Powder - 1/2 spoon
Soy Sauce - 1/2 spoon
Tomato Sauce - 2 spoons
Spring Onions - 3
Salt - As required
Method:
First Cut the Chappathis and keep aside.
In a pan, Add Garlic, Onion, Cabbage, Capsicum, Ginger Paste, Carrot and stir well until the vegetables cooked well.
Add the Soy Sauce, Salt, Pepper Powder, Tomato Sauce and stir well.
Add Cutted Spring onions and Stir well for 5 mins.
Add the Cutted Chappathi's now and mix well with vegetables.
Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce / Mayonnaise / Coconut Chutney / Tomato Chutney . :)
