Ingredients:
Oil (I used Gingerly oil) – 2 spoons
Garlic - 2
Onions – 1
Cabbage - 1/4 cup
Carrot – 1/2
Beans – 5
Capsicum - 1/2
Soy Sauce - 1/2 spoon
Red Chilli Sauce - 1/2 spoon
Italian Seasoning Powder - 1/4 spoon
Pepper Powder – 1 spoon
Salt - As required
For Cooking Spaghetti:
Spaghetti - 1 cup
Water – 2 cup
Oil - 1 spoon
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Method:
In a Pan, Add Spaghetti, Water and salt and cook for just 10 mins.
Add a spoon of oil and cook for 5 more minutes and drain the water and keep aside.
In a Pan, Add Oil, Garlic, Onion, Carrot, Beans, Cabbage, Capsicum and fry for 2 mins.
Add the Salt, Soy Sauce, Red Chilli Powder, Pepper powder, Italian Seasoning Powder and Stir well.
Add the Spaghetti and fry for 5 mins.
Leave it in low flame and cook for 2 mins and switch off.
Serve and enjoy.
