Palapala Bajji

Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 5 Mins
Serves for - 4 - 5 Pieces

Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1/4 cup
Food Colour (Yellow) - 1 pinch
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Jack Fruit - 6 Pieces
Cardamom Powder (crushed) - 1/2 spoon
Baking Powder - 1/4 spoon
Oil - For frying
Water - 1/2 cup

Method:
Add All purpose flour, Rice flour, Baking powder and mix well.
Add food colour, Sugar and Salt and mix well.
Crush the cardamom and mix into flour.
Now, Seperate the seeds out from jack fruit.
Now, Add water in the flour and mix well like batter.
Now, Dip jack fruit in the batter.
Coat well with batter.
Drop in hot oil and fry till it becomes crispy and golden.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
