Serves for - 8 - 10 Pieces
Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1/4 cup
Food Colour (Yellow) - 1 pinch
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Jack Fruit - 6 Pieces
Cardamom Powder (crushed) - 1/2 spoon
Baking Powder - 1/4 spoon
Oil - For frying
Water - 1 cup
Method:
First, In a blender, Except 1, Add 5 Jack fruits without seeds and blend well.
In a pan, Add the blended Jack fruit with sugar.
Crush the cardamom and mix into the blended content.
Add All purpose flour, Rice flour, Baking powder, water and mix well.
Add cutted jack fruit and mix well.
Keep the Paniyaram Kadai and drizzle some oil.
Pour a scoop of mix into the pan.
Cook in low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
After 2 mins, Turn the other side and boil for 2 more minutes.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
