Tandoori Chicken Momos

Served with - Tomato Chutney for Momos / Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
Tandoori Chicken:
Chicken - 300 Gms
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required
Fried Gram Flour (Kadalai Maavu) - 1/4 cup
Lemon - 1/2
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup

For Momos Dough:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Salt - As required

For Momos:
Cabbage Leaf - 4
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1
Oil - 1 spoon
Tandoori Chicken Paste

Method:
In a bowl, Add Cut chicken without bones.
Add chilli powder, Coriander Powder, turmeric powder, Salt into chicken and mix well.
In a pan, Add the fried gram and fry well.
Add the fried gram into the chicken and lemon juice and mix well.
In a pan, Add Oil and chicken and roast well.
Cover and cook for 15 mins until chicken gets boiled.
Now with Tandoori Chicken, Add Coriander Leaves and Chopped Onion and mix well.
In a bowl, Add Flour and salt and kneed nicely.
Take a small piece of dough and place a spoon of Chicken mix in middle.
Bring all edges together to the centre, Make to a small ball.
You can also make in other size shown in picture as well.
In a pan, Add water and keep kadai on top.
Keep the cabbage leaves in kadai.
Keep the momos on kadai and Steam cook for 15 to 20 mins.
Now, In a pan, Add Oil, Tandoori chicken paste and mix well.
Now, Move the steamed momoms to the Pan and roast well.
Serve with momos chutney and enjoy. :)
