Soya Balls

                                             
Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 10 Mins
Serves - 15 - 20 Balls
Served with - Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
Soya - 1 cup
Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Ginger Paste - 1/4 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As required
Corn flour - 1/4 cup

Method:
In a Pan, Add Soya with water, Cook for 10 Mins.
Drain the water and move the boiled soya to Blender.
Now, Add Chilli powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Ginger Paste and Garlic paste and grind well.
Now move the grinded mix into with corn flour and mix well.
Take a small piece of mix and shape like a ball.
In a pan, Add oil and fry well until it turns golden colour.
Drain the oil.
Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Mayonnaise
