Serves for - 2 - 3 Persons
Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Ghee - 1 spoon
Water - As required
Method:
In a blender, Add Sugar and grinde well.
Take a bowl, Add all purpose flour, Powdered sugar, Salt, Ghee and Mix well.
Mix and form as a soft dough.
Dust with flour and and Place a small dough.
Roll like roti.
Cut into diamond shape as shown in picture.
In Kadai, Add Oil, Once Heated, put the dough.
Fry well and drain the oil.
Serve and enjoy. :)
