Ingredients:
Mushroom (2 Cups) - 300 gms
Cashews - 10
Almonds - 5
Poppy Seeds (Kasakasa) - 1/2 spoon
Oil - 1 spoon
Onion - 1
Fennel Seeds (Saunf / Sombu) - 1/4 spoon
Tomato – 2
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Ginger paste - 1/2 spoon
Garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Red chilli powder (Milagai Podi) – 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal podi) - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As Required
Method:
First, In a Bowl, Add Cashews, Almonds, Poppy Seeds and soak for 30 Mins.
Parallel, In Pan, Add oil, Add Onion and fry well till golden brown.
In a blender, Add the fried onion with soaked Cashews, Almonds and Poppy seeds and grind well.
In a Pan, Add Oil, Fennel Seeds, Ginger garlic paste, grinded mix and stir well.
Add the Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt and Mix well.
Add in the Mushroom and mix well.
Cover and cook for 10 mins.
After 10 mins, Again mix well.
Cover and cook for 5 more mins until water drained and cooked well.
Sprinkle Coriander Leaves.
Serve and enjoy. :)
