Ingredients:
Moringa Leafs (Murungai Keerai) - 1/2 cup (Cleaned and washed)
Turmeric powder (Manjal Thool) - 1/4 spoon
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) - 1/4 spoon
Pepper - 10
Ginger Paste - 1/2 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Tomato - 2
Gingerly Oil - 3 Spoons
Pepper - 1/2 spoon
Coriander Leaves - 2 spoons
Salt - As per taste
Water - 6 cups
Method:
In a cooker, Add oil, Cumin Seeds, Pepper, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Salt, Tomato, washed Moringa Leafs with water and stir well.
Pressure cook for 3 whistles and switch off.
After the pressure gets released, Open the cooker.
Strain the clear soup.
Add pepper and Coriander Leaves.
Serve and enjoy. :)
