Ingredients:
Leaf Mushroom - 300 gms
Oil - 1 spoon
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) - 1 spoon
Clove - 2
Cinnamon (Pattai) - 1/2 inch
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Onion - 2
Tomato – 2
Ginger paste - 1/2 spoon
Garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Red chilli powder (Milagai Podi) – 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal podi) - 1/4 spoon
Garam masala powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As Required
Water - 1.5 cups
Coriander Leaves - 2 spoons
Method:
In a kadai add oil, Cumin Seeds, Pattai and Clove.
Add the Curry leaves, Onion and fry till golden brown.
Add the Ginger paste, Garlic paste and Tomato and fry until raw smell goes.
In a bowl, Add the spice powders, Salt with little water and pour into the pan.
Add in the Mushroom with 1 cup of water and mix well.
Cover and Cook for 10 mins until the water gets drained.
Finally, Sprinle coriander leaves.
Serve and enjoy with Chappathi Recipes / Roti Recipes / Poori Recipes
