Ingredients:
For Masala:
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Garlic - 4
Saunf - 1/2 spoon
For Gravy:
Soya - 2 Cups
Oil - as required
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) - 1/4 spoon
Curry Leaves - 10
Onion - 2
Green Chilli - 2
Red Chilli - 1
Garlic - 1/2 inch
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - as required
Method:
First, In a Bowl, Add Soya with water and Boil for 10 mins and keep aside.
In a blender, Add Masala Ingredients together and grind and keep aside.
In a pan, Add oil, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Onion, Capsicum, Garlic, Green Chilli, Red Chilli and fry until golden brown.
Add Red Chilli powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Salt and mix well.
Add the cooked Soya into the pan.
Add the grinded coconut mix into it and mix well and cook for 5 mins.
Serve and enjoy with Chappathi Recipes / Roti Recipes / Poori Recipes
