Potato Fry

                                         
Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 5 mins
Cooking Time - 10 Mins
Serves - 2 - 3 persons
Served with - Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - as required
Potato - 2
Oil - as required

Method:
First, Peel the potato outer skin.
Cut into pieces as shown in picture.
Add the Potato into Red Chilli powder and salt and mix well.
Add oil into kadai and fry the potatoes until it gets crispy.
Strain the oil.
If required, Sprinkle red chilli powder on top of it.
Serve and enjoy with Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Mayonnaise. :)
