Pori Garam



Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 5 mins
Serves - 1 persons

Ingredients
Pori - 2 cups
Roasted GroundNut - 3 spoons
Coconut Oil - 2 spoons
Garam Chutney - 2 spoons (Click here for Recipe)
Onion - 1
Carrot - 1
Beetroot - 1/2
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 hand

Method:
First, Clean and cut the Beetroot, Onion, Coriander and Shred the Carrot.
Mix the onion, Carrot, Beetroot, Coriander leaves together.
In a Bowl, Add Pori, Roasted Groundnut, 2 spoons of Garam.
Add Onion & Carrot mixing on top of chutney.
Add Coconut oil and stir well.
Ensure the pori is deeply mixed with garam and veggies.
Serve and enjoy. :)
