Ingredients:
Broccoli - 1
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Corn Flour - 1/4 cup
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 spoon
Ginger Paste - 1/4 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As required
Oil for deep frying
Method:
First, Cut the broccoli into pieces and Clean with water.
In a bowl, Add water, Turmeric powder, Salt and cleaned Broccoli and boil for 10 mins.
Filter the water and keep aside.
In a bowl, Add Corn Flour, Coriander powder, Garam Masala powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Ginger Paste, garlic paste, Turmeric powder and mix well.
Add the boiled broccoli with the mixed masala and mix well.
Refridgrate for 1 hour.
In a pan, Add oil and fry well until it turns golden colour.
Drain the oil.
Serve and enjoy with Tomato Sauce (Recipe). :)
