Ulunthu Kali / Kool


Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 15 Mins
Serves - 2 persons

Ingredients:
Urad dal – 1/2 cup
Raw Rice (Pacharisi) – 2 spoons
Water - 1 cup
Jaggery (I used Karuppatti) - 2 spoons
Milk - 1 cup

Method:
In a pan, Add urad dal and fry for 5 minutes and move to bowl.
In the pan, Add raw rice and fry for 5 minutes and mix in Urad dal bowl.
Move the content to blender and grind as powder.
In a pan, Add water, Jaggery and heat until it gets melted.
Now, Add the powdered Urad dal & Rice powder and keep stirring.
Once it becomes thick, Add milk and stir for 2 more minutes.
Filter the content.
Serve and enjoy. :)
