Ragi Kool


                                             
Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 15 Mins
Serves - 2 persons

Ingredients:
Finger Millet (Ragi) – 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Jaggery (I used Karuppatti) - 2 spoons
Milk (Boiled) - 1 cup

Method:
First, Before 5 hours, In a bowl, Add Ragi with water and soak.
After 5 hours, Filter the water from ragi.
In the blender, Add ragi with water and grind well.
Filter the content and extract the ragi milk.
In a pan, Add Filtered Ragi milk, Boiled Milk, Jaggery and mix well.
Keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes until the jaggery dissolved and milk cooked well..
Serve and enjoy. :)
