Ingredients
Thattu Murukku - 10
Garam Chutney - 1/2 cup (Click here for Recipe)
Onion - 1
Carrot - 1
Beetroot - 1/2
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 hand
Method:
First, Clean and cut the Beetroot, Onion, Coriander and Shred the Carrot.
Mix the onion, Carrot, Beetroot, Coriander leaves together.
In a plate, Keep a Thattu murukku, Place one spoon of Garam.
Keep Onion & Carrot mixing on top of chutney.
Close with another thattu murukku.
Sprinkle the onion & carrot mixing again on top of the set.
Serve and enjoy. :)
