Ingredients:
Sprout HorseGram (Mulai Kattina Kollu) - 1/4 cup
Potato - 1
Saunf - 1/2 spoon
Onion - 1
Chilli powder - 1/4 spoon
Italian Seasoning Powder (Optional) - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Bread crumbs powder - 1/2 cup
Method:
In a Pressure Cooker, Add Sprout Horsegram and Potato with water, pressure cook for 2 whistles and keep aside.
In a pan, Add Saunf, Onion and fry well.
Add Boiled Sprout Horsegram and potato and fry again.
Now, Add Chilli powder, Salt, Italian Seasoning Powder and fry for 2 mins and switch off.
Finally, Add 1/4 cup of bread crumbs powder into it and mix well.
Take a small piece of mix and shape like a ball.
In a bowl, Add 1 spoon of Corn flour and water, Mix like a paste and keep aside.
Dip the ball in corn flour batter nicely and roll in bread crumbs.
In a pan, Add oil and fry well until it turns golden colour.
Drain the oil.
Serve and Enjoy with Tomato Sauce (Recipe). :)
