Ingredients:
Chappathi - 2
Oil – 1 spoon
Saunf (Sombu) - 1/2 spoon
Clove - 1
Pattai - 1/2 inch
Garlic - 3
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Onion - 2
Tomato – 2
Soya Sauce - 1 spoon
Tomato Ketchup - 1 spoon
Pepper powder - 1/4 spoon
Chilli Powder - 1/4 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Green Chilli - 3
Salt - As required
Method:
In a Pan, Add Oil, Saunf, Clove, Pattai, Ginger, Garlic, Onion and fry for 2 mins.
Then, Add Red chilli powder, Pepper Powder, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Tomato, Green Chilli and stir.
Add the tomato ketchup and Soya Sauce.
Finally, Add the Chappathi and fry nicely for 5 mins.
Serve and enjoy. :)
