Rava Vada


Ingredients:
Sooji (Rava) - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Pepper (Milagu) - 15
Ginger - Small piece
Onion - 1
Green Chilies - 2
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Asafoetida (Perunkaayam) - 1/4 tsp
Curd (Thayir) - 1/2 cup
Salt - As required
Oil - As required

Method:

In a bowl, Add Rava, Cumin seeds, Pepper, Ginger, Onion, Green chilies, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Asafoetida, Curd, Salt and Mix well as a thick batter.










Leave it for 15 -30 minutes.
Grease your hands with oil and take a portion of the batter and make into vada shape with a hole at the center.

In a pan, Heat Oil and fry the vada until it is golden and crispy.






Serve and Enjoy. :)
