Bread Pudding


Ingredients:
Bread - 8 slices
Butter - 2 tbsp
Eggs - 2
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1.5 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp

For Sugar Syrup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 2 tbsp

Method:
First, Cut the edges of the bread and cut into pieces.


Move to a blender and make the bread to powder.

In a bowl, Add butter, Eggs, Sugar and milk.





Add the powdered bread and mix it again.


In a pan, Add sugar, water and heat until it is golden colour.




In a pan, Add the Sugar Syrup and spread it.

Pour the bread mixture over the Sugar Syrup.

In a cooker, Add water and place a stand and Keep the pan inside and Steam for 40 - 45 minutes on medium heat.



Insert a knife in the bread pudding and check it is cooked.






Serve and Enjoy. :)
