Homemade Bourbon Biscuits


Ingredients:
Butter - 100 gms
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
All purpose flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
Milk - 3 tbsp
Salt - 1 Pinch

For Cream 
Butter - 3 tbsp
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder - 1-2 tbsp


Method:
In a bowl, Add Butter, Powdered sugar, Cocoa powder, Maida, salt, Milk and mix well with hands as a dough.















Roll the dough evenly. Use a knife to cut them into squares, then cut them into biscuit shapes.



Using a fork, punch some holes.

Finally sprinkle some sugar on top.
 

In a baking pan, Move the shapes and bake it for 15 minutes on 175 C.
Allow it to cool completely. 

For Cream, In a bowl, Add butter and beat well.



Then add in the cocoa powder and combine with it. Now slowly add the powdered sugar and mix it well.

Once the biscuits are cooled spread cream and place another biscuit on the top.
