Ingredients:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 10 leaves
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Channa Dal (Kadalai Paruppu) - 1 tbsp
Urad Dal (Ulunthu Paruppu) - 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1.5 tsp
Green Chilies - 3
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Onion - 1
Tomatoes - 3
Salt - As required
Ghee - 1 tsp
Rice - 1 cup
Method:
In a cooker, Boil the rice and keep aside.
In a Pan, Add oil, Curry leaves, Mustard seeds, Channa dal, Urad Dal, Onion, Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
Add a ghee and turn off the heat.
Mix the cooked rice with the tomato mixture.
Serve and Enjoy.
