For Dough:
Rice Flour (Arisi Maavu) - 2 cups
Salt - 1 pinch
Hot Boiling Water - As required
Ghee - 1 spoon
For Filling:
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Coconut - 1 cup
Elaichi (Powdered) - 1 spoon
Ghee - 1 spoon
Method:
In a Pan, Add Ghee, Coconut, Jaggery and heat till jaggery is melted.
Add the Powdered Elaichi and stir well and keep aside.
In a pan, Add the Rice Flour, Salt and Ghee.
Add the rice flour with Hot water and mix well until the dough becomes consistent.
Take small piece of dough and flatten first and Place the filling inside and Shape it as shown in picture.
If you have got this Mould from shops, follow the below way to get the shape.
Keep in Idli steamer and steam it for 10 to 15 mins.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
