Ingredients:
Onion - 1
Capsicum Yellow - 1
Capsicum Green - 1
Pepper - 1/4 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Egg - 1
Bread - 2
Salt - as required
Oil - as required
Method:
In a Kadai, Add oil, Vegetables, Salt, Red Chilli Powder and Coriander Powder.
Sprinkle bit water and Cook for 10 mins.
Add mixed vegetables in a bowl, Add egg, Salt and beat nicely.
Now pour the mix and make as an omlette.
Toast the Bread and place the omlette inside.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
